That's a good point Jackobi about being on the pipe. I tend to ride 1st/2nd off pipe on downhills and challenging flats. Up hill I end up staying on the pipe with some clutch. It'd be nice to be "on the pipe" all the time to react to that unseen root step. I'm re-thinking the 48-13....although...

I run 48-13. In the begining I thought it was too tall, but now, I've grown into it. The rule for chain is 1 link per tooth change on the rear. If you choose to make a change keep the old sproket and chain together, in case you later decide to go back.

Thanks for the help! That was a "no fun" project. Turns out the bearings and aluminum spacer had corroded (sp) to the axle. I managed to mangle the right spacer, but it was the 19mm socket and petetrating oil that got things moving. Then I knocked out the bearings, dust caps and spacer, as I...

I've got an 08 EC250, purchased used last year with new tires on it. During pre ride checks I've never found any play in the front wheel, but recently got a flat and can't get the front axel out. The spacer on the brake disc side will slide if pulled but the otherside (with the step) wont budge...

This is why we use vimeo Youtube has software that detects "some" copywrited music. Tho I still don't understand why they wouldn't want ppl promoting music that you can listen to free on youtube

I've heard nothing but good things about the Charlie Horse team race. A fun way to do it matching an A and B rider with one of their bikes. One of our under 15 riders was beaming about being paired with #51 Tyler Murray and riding Tyler's bike.
