I misswrote, 1200cc is the amount I put in. Every time I do a full oil and filter service.

Mine does the same. I added the recommended 1800cc of oil.

Problem solved Turns out it was the computer. Thanks richardcranium for selling me a second hand unit.

Still having problems. The key switch tested OK. Fuel pump relay OK. The bike has a mind of it's own. After not being able to get the bike started for months it's started fine twice in the last week. Today I rode some, stopped and started it a couple of times then tried to start it again...

Is the 02/03 computer the same one as on the 05?

03 EC 250 05 450 FSE I should have kept the 250. What a great bike, 2 strokes are so simple.

Unfortunately I got the wrong one. The one in the picture is the NAPA relay, it's a direct match for the relays near the battery. In the meantime I'm going to check the key switch, that may be it.

I have new fuel pump relay for a 2005 450 FSE but I can't find the old one on the bike to replace it. Anybody know where it's located? Could it be No 12?
