All bikes in Australia had a recall for the clutch covers. If the crank seal in the clutch cover is faulty it loses oil pressure. Some times it could be just a faulty switch. You will se that Gas Gas fixed this on the 08 bikes by removing the switch.

Try getting the 2009 fly wheel weight. I know you can get them from Gas Gas for the 515 this would help.
