Hi there, just a quick question does anyone know the torque setting for the bolts that hold the clutch springs to the basket. I've had a look on the torque settings page but I can't find it, any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for all the helpful tips. I think I'll purchase a G2 and my dealer says he does a longer throttle cable that may help, one for higher bars as the original does seem very tight. I've tried routing it every way but still not that much slack.

Hi there just been looking on this web site www.trailendurodirect.com and they have an adjustable power valve cover made by a firm called Trusty .Not a company I've heard of .Just wondered if any one has tried one .I'm looking to get my 300EC to hookup better in the wet :)

Thanks mountain thumper its all standard lights and stator .It was very wet and muddy typical summer weather here. I'm out this weekend going to try a new plug and cap first and disconnect the head light and see how it goes

Hi Just done an enduro on my 2005 EC & was having problems starting when hot. Found the headlight was switched on, it started fine when this was switched off. The obvious cure is not to have the headlight switched on but I didn't know if this was a sign of an underlying problem, or is this...
