I don?t know. I?ve never owned a KTM or a ?X? version of a yami or Honda. But all the bikes I ever had before the gasser have been the same. Remove the seat and squeeze the filter in and out. At least the seat is easier to remove than a KX450. Hah!

Oh, I've also put a 2013 pipe on an 05, and the only difference was the mount near the stinger. I just had to make a longer one.

The Honda scooter bendix mod is cheap and easy. I have something in the neighborhood of a bazillion starts on mine. Cold and re-start. I only use the kicker when I'm feeling nostalgic about kicking a motorcycle. The only other problem I had was the gear on the starter bendix assembly started...

Ahh. I see. Well, as they say, sand... it gets everywhere. It's always sad to see someone move away from GasGas, but on the other hand, it allowed my good friend to purchase your starter setup and to experience the wonders of an electric start dirtbike!

I could destroy a bike in 7 hours. Lol! But the truth is I do a lot of dune trips and I've never had a bike be destroyed because of it. Just like anything, maintenance is key.
