Looks like yours was leaking in the place as mine is. Where did you get the sheet of ntrile to make your gasket?

will any gas A/M gas cap fit the standard tank on my 2011 300 or are the caps specific to Gas Gas?

Yes I did preoil the friction plates but have not changed the oil yet. I have about 6 he's on the new clutch now.

schultzy, thanks for the input. i have bled the clutch 2x now but i will do it again. maybe i will try backbleeding it this time.

Clutch was starting to slip in my 11 300 ec r so I replaced it with a Barnett dirt digger clutch kit ( friction plates, steel plates and springs ). Everything went together as it should, clutch pull is noticeably firmer but I am able to get the power to the ground again...

I would prefer to support our U.S. dealers but who can I get a complete plastics kit from for comperable cost?

Thank you. I had them saved in my favorites just was a little leery on placing a order from overseas. Timelieness of shipping and cost was my biggest worry.

Hmmmmm....... maybe. I dont like the routing behind the number plate anyhow and have been thinking of a clean way to reroute it.

Hey guys, i am hearing a clinking sound when i pull up the handlebars or unload the front end over a jump. Handlebar mounts are tight, steering bearings are tight. I have isolated the noise to the front forks but have not disassembled them. any ideas? I have a 2011 ec 300r w/ 48 marzocchis

My clutch used to squawk and chirp all the time until I replaced it with a Rekluse basket, it has not made any noise since.
