    rear fender light assem.

It fits but you gotta have small hands to make the grab handle work.

    rear fender light assem.

I use sheet metal screws, can't remember the size off the top of my head - maybe #8x3/4" long?

Looking for a Dual sport to add to the stable. Help needed

Not sure what your price range is, but the new bergs make wicked dualsports. I have my 390 plated and it's a great do-it-all bike. If I still had a Gasser in the stable, I'd go for a Husaberg FE570 for a dualsport.

    Oil in the hole.

FYI Canadians, Canadian Tire carries this funnel for around $9 I think. I had to trim the end a little bit to make it fit but otherwise it works great. Seeing Clay's though, maybe I need to machine a threaded adapter to fit on it...

    Powervalve issue?

I might do a tech article for Directmotocross.com sometime in the future on this.

    Powervalve issue?

Honestly guys, it's not hard. I think the whole process took me half an hour and a good 5 minutes of that was spent looking for a suitable washer.

Jetting Database - PLEASE ADD YOUR SETTINGS

2011 EC250 with a PWK 38mm Air Striker 2 carb (Canadian bike). FMF Q stealth silencer, stock pipe, VForce 3 reeds, basically a bone stock bike up here. Elevation: 2000-3000' 38 pilot jet (stock was 40) 172 main (stock was 180) N8RH needle in the 4th clip Air screw is 1.5-2 turns out...

    Powervalve issue?

FYI guys. As mentioned before, we were having troubles with a poorly running 2011 EC250. By poorly running, it was weak off the bottom then hit really hard in the midrange and pulled hard right up to wide open throttle. Jetting helped but regardless of the jetting, the underlying problem...

    Powervalve issue?

To get the free play out, do I need to shim the spring or adjust the position of the actuating arm coming off the governor? I checked and there's no loose screws in there.

    Powervalve issue?

Hi guys, We're having an issue with a 2011 EC250 (my girlfriend's bike). When we picked it up in March, the bike ran great. It pulled strong from the bottom all the way to pinned. All was well, but now the bike is really soft on the bottom then hits very hard in the midrange and pulls well...

    Rekluse Core EXP

I think we figured it out. I pulled out the Rekluse and we went for a ride last night and found there's air in the clutch line. Looks like we'll get it bled then should be good to go. Thanks for the suggestions.

    Rekluse Core EXP

Question for you guys with the EXP. My girlfriend just put one in her 2011 EC250 and we're not impressed. The biggest issue is the override does not feel like stock. I've read through everything about adjusting the gap and minimizing free play gain, but the clutch still seems to get too much...

    Desert 100 Washington

Nice ride Roscoe! Unfortunately I couldn't make it down (spent the weekend moving...ugh!) but will hopefully be back in 2012. I already am kicking myself for missing the Desert 100...

    Steering dampers for 2010/2011s?

Pretty much any year tower from a KTM fits the new Gassers. My girlfriend had a scotts damper on her 08 and 2010 KTMs and the tower bolted directly on to her 2011 EC250.

    Random but profoundly sad statistic

I wouldn't be bragging about 100 hours in almost a year (or 8 months, broken arm considering). This year was a slow year since I started a new business and I still put on 110 hours in 3 months in spring 2010. I feel for you guys though, I bought a Husaberg FE390 in August and it still has...
