Make sure the bike is hot when checking for leaks.. so there's sufficient pressure built up in side the rad..id a pin hole leak before which caused boiling issues.. Sent from my GT-I9300 using Tapatalk

Iv been through the hole base gasket debate and im still not happy..I started with .15 and worked up from that.. now im going to just level the exhaust port with piston BDC.. I did achieve more bottom and mid but it made it a pain to tune. . My two pence is if your a clubman rider like me level...
