Thanks again for the reply I changed the pilot back to the 40 that was in before but kept the 182 main she seems to be running a lot better now, I'm out on her on some trails today so will update when I'm back again thank you for the help
I read a thread on here that someone put stock jetting was 185 main 35 pilot so I tried to get as close to that as I could at the time( without waiting for parts) I am going to keep tinkering around with it I've still got the 40 pilot to try with the 182 main to see how that performs.

night to inspect the needle it looks fine to me.
also noticed the needle is an nceg or could be 6 at the end kind of hard to see, when I looked online and typed that needle in it showed the results for an rm250, I bought a couple of jets...
