    Thanks again for the reply I changed the pilot back to the 40 that was in before but kept the 182 main she seems to be running a lot better now, I'm out on her on some trails today so will update when I'm back again thank you for the help

    Hi thanks for the reply I took the carb off last night to inspect the needle it looks fine to me. also noticed the needle is an nceg or could be 6 at the end kind of hard to see, when I looked online and typed that needle in it showed the results for an rm250, I bought a couple of jets...

    Hi all just joined the forum as I have not long bought a 2004 ec250 after riding for a while I have noticed there seems to be a hesitation before I hit the powerband in 1st and 2nd sound more like a bog, also it keeps blowing plugs i put in an iridium plug and rode it for maybe an hour took it...
