Today we were out on a 70km ride, and wow what a blast it is. Besides the bearings and seals i also changed the piston and clutch. Now i can kick start it when it's in gear. It took a long time to get it running again but it was so worth it 😊

Now i have 🙈😂 i was so happy when i found the shifting problem so easy, that i forgot about the kick starter. I put everything together and started the bike, only to hear a rattling noise. Well well, put it on the side and pulled the cover and clutch again. I hope the gasket is good for one more 😂

Problem solved. I had managed to not install the scorpion correctly on the axle. Now it shifts like it's supposed to do 😂

Hi guys Long story short, bought a 2006 EC300 last year that had power like a scooter. But thanks to this forum i changed the needle and some other things, and wow what a bike it turned out to be. Spent more time on the 300 than i did on my R1. Everything went well until the end of the summer...
