    Ok, thanks. Wasn't sure on this bike. Have new crank seals on the way already, I suspect they are the source of my leak.

    I'm trying to install a billet Smartcarb on my EC250 but the bowl is hitting the engine case. I read this whole thread and don't remember anyone else having this issue. Is there anything I can do? I did find that it would barely clear if I tilted it to ~70 degrees. Can I run it like that?

    I pulled it apart again :). Made sure they sold me the right size pilot (they did) and that it was clean (it was). Put it all back together again and runs the same. Anything above 1/2 turn on the AS and it's too lean. I think it just needs more gas. I'll get a 48 pilot. I think I may have been...

    It was a brand new jet :/. I sprayed around the rubber boots to see if there was any evidence of a leak and couldn't hear anything. I'm done for today. I'll pull it apart and take another look when I can.
