Does it do it when u lean your bike to the other side? If not, it means that your carb isn't set level to the bike.

I wouldn't worry about that noise. Honestly, my EC300 does it, and so does the majority of everyone else's. The noise goes away when u pull the clutch lever in, right? There's some threads on here that talk about it and it's never caused any issues (if it is in fact the same noise that I here)...

Because that seat wears out and allows too much fuel to pass. It can make jetting out of the ordinary. Most carbs I've had before on other bikes had removable seats.

I'm on the hunt for a seat for my 2012 EC300 Race carb. It's the air striker 2 carb. I have all kinds of needles. Just need the seat that the main jet threads into and where the needle goes up and down. Any of u guys have a part number? Or a parts source for this? Thanx

That's a relief. I have a checkpoint off-road power valve cover that has a built in removable drain bolt to drain access goop anyway. I just wasn't sure if I was ganna run into a weird pressure build-up problem. Thanx.

So while removing the left side power valve cover vent to see if it was clogged (the one that bolts directly to the cylinder, beside the exhaust flange), I broke it :mad: . I was able to get the remaining piece of it out luckily. So for now, I put a small bolt in there and also a copper washer...

Maybe your current main jet and pilot jet is what's causing a bit of a white plug color. They all play their role with the needle minorly

I just ordered a set today through my local dealer. Vforce3 part number 3P682M. Many bikes run these pedals (for certain years), such as: CR250R, KX250, YZ250, etc. This is just for replacement reed pedals and locking clips. One other note: this thread topic should be posted in the "intake"...
