Bike Graphix was where i originally ordered the number plates when i used to have that bike

my 2006 200 had 165-170 with 1.6mm of squish with a unmodified head

possibly the hand warmers shorted out after a while. the wires are pretty flimsy. hmm, I had made sure they didn't draw more power than available

how did the stator fail?

also check the yellow wire by the top shock mount on the left side if sitting on the bike, I remember it becoming exposed at one point and I covered it with electrical tape but that may have fallen off now causing a short?

check the kill switch, I had to solder it back together on the bars at one point, maybe its acting up, it never did for me though

gump147 I've seen it at every major auto parts store, ace hardware, and any boat shops like west marine

never fouled a plug on that bike when I had it, I always used startron fuel treatment in every tank, I recommend it

the 200 barrel is the same size if i remember correctly, the difference is made up in the head as the dome protrudes down into the cylinder to make up for the shorter stroke

I'm a previous owner of that bike, the people I sold it to may have told you some lies, the bike does not have a head mod, the squish is 1.6mm currently with a .30 base gasket
