Cheers the sense wire is meant to be connected to the +dc side to "switch on" the rec/reg. I have the dc side completely isolated from the chassis and ac, it runs a new loom of that goes to my switch gear battery horn and hid. I should have another rec/reg tomorrow to test

This is the rec/reg i was using. Supposedly full wave with a sense wire. When i tried my current one with the sense wire connected, it was dropping the DC output to 3-4v without the sense connected it was going over 20v. Any different type you would recommend? I have my yellow wire running...

Had the same on my mates 2006 200 front caliper. Pistons are made of plastic with the metal caps. One of his was scored and weeped fluid under pressure. Popped it out and replaced with a metal piston 22 or 25mm iirc

Check you have the correct year of gasket! There is a slight difference in the areas you pointed out for the up to 2005 and post 2005 where the castings changed slightly due to removal of the counter balancer casting with the flat top generator cover. #Edit Found the scans I took of the...
