Looks like GG will get a good 250/300 4T motor and a good 125 2T as well.

Sherco has always been serious about enduro. The first one I rode was a 2006 (or so) 4.5i, I was so impressed that I almost bought it then and there. The bike just had the "right" feel, kind of like TM's do (for me). Bonus was that the bikes are well built too.

This has been a common theme for years. Regardless of what the US magazines say, the GG300 is a brilliant bike, and it excels in ALL conditions.

Bummer, I was hoping Bill would pick up Sherco.

Weight is totally over rated. You want a light feeling bike, reduce the rotating mass (get a 125!). You want to go fast all day, pick a bike with a good chassis (in my opinion, TM is the best handling, regardless of size) and suspension. I don't understand the reviews with folks bagging on...

I do remember the Suz tm400. I fortunate to never ride one. My dad had one, briefly. He said is it was fast (and scary) in the desert, and horrifying in the woods. He went back to modded Suz 125 enduro's.

Not to totally derail your post, but friends and I have done the same thing a couple of times over the years. Timing the group on 125, 144, 200, 250, 300 2T, and a few 4T. Repeatedly, the fastest times for most everyone was on my TM125 or the Yamaha yz144. Bring on a Sherco 150!
