  • Hi I was referred to you for possibly getting parts for my 92 gt32 trials . I live in the US , I've tried a couple places but seems that no one wants to help . They do have all the parts I need at trial parts usa but only at full retail . .? Would I be better off just going with them or trying to get a deal , it's mainly lower end bearings ,gaskets ,seals .
    Thanks
Would like to get one of seat covers you have been talking about. I need it for a tall seat so if you could get it untrimmed that would be great. Let me know how to place an order with you.
    Thanks
Kerry: Once you have the exhaust cam in your hand you're 98% of the way there. Take a look at the decompressor pin and identify the area that contacts the bucket. Use a pair of calipers to measure the rough diameter. Mask off the rest of the cam, then use a Dremel to remove the necessary material (0.005" if memory serves correct) , making sure to blend the area into the unground area of the pin. This needs to be flat across the face of the pin so as not to create any high pressure points or stress risers. Buff it up, clean it off, and re-install. You get more compression on cranking and you should have more reliable starting.
Hi! I spoke to Nick, and he said you might be able to guide me through the decompressor mod. that he has mentioned on this board. I have an 05 450FSE, that runs perfect, but cold starts are a chore! He said you just did one, and it would be fresh in your head. I am very mechanical, so I know my way around a motor, but just need some tips etc., before I tear her down. By the way, how did it work? Mine just won't start when its below 40 F. Can I get your phone number? Thanks! Kerry.
