    Ok. Can't get no help or parts of anyone , gas gas uk no ,suspension people I've tried don't know what I'm on about when I say what's happened and all say they wouldn't be able to get parts. So it down to me. Anyone give me a step by step to disassemble to get to this problem thanks

    Ok first of what does pfp mean , second is that I've tried lots of places to try and get parts to repair fork (think the circlip failed and ballbearing and spring are gone , tried gas gas and said they could not help so it's down to you guys , where do I even get a tool to take the preloaded out ?

    Out on my 15 300 did a big drop off and flat landed and the left fork internals have come out the top of the fork it doesn't look like its stripped any threads but not sure what's gone on , any help appreciated or a parts list of the forks , thanks

    No mines not got the adjustable power valve cover bIves a 64 plate , should I check power valve internals then for slack ?

    Bike is standard with standard gmf exhaust , compared to my old gas gas the power just feels like a 250 , I haven't checked the power valve to see if there's any slack maybe that's my next move , any explosive midrange jetting specs out there ? Mostly do fast enduro x country

    I've recently upgraded to a 2015 30th anniversary 300 , problem is it feels down on power compared to my older 2011 300 , and I'm getting smoked by my mates ktm 300 , where do I start I've recently done the top end what next ?

    I've bought a seal kit for the bike now , can you do it from the water pump side , pick it out or do you have to take it apart more ?

    Ok had a bit of a off on my 2015 300 and snapped the plastic thermostat off , had about 10 miles to get home so took it very easy and got home , fixed problem when bike cooled down , now I've got water in oil and oil in water , is the water pump the only place where the two meet ?

    N3EG - 1/8 stumble and lean 1/2 throttle

    I've tried loads of different setups on my 2011 300 , and stuck with ne3w clip 2 40 p. 180 main the bike is fast and aggressive with a nice plug colour only thing is i don't need choke to start from cold , second kick , don't know if this is a problem as it runs and idles good ?

    Having the barrel re plated and the hole welded up , the engineer said the hole can cause the plate to start to go ? So replacing stator crank seal and hope that's going to do the trick , might even drop the needle clip down to the second setting , but was a bit boggy and smoky before ...

    Piston looks ok , but will change it and start fresh , took stator off and there is all crap around seal like dust sticking to grease/ oil , so this might be causing it to run lean . Got someone to do my barrel for ? 120 but should I get the compression hole filled in as well , it wasn't there...
