Hi everyone, I was wondering about the position of the flywheel trigger position to the pickup, the crank is TDC , is this the normal position for the flywheel trigger to pickup at TDC
The bike ran well with this setting

I managed to remove my engine today and get the bloody fly wheel nut off (with an impact driver and heat), I found the crank had a rough noise when rotating. I split the cases to find corrosion on the 28/68 C3 bearings,

I am removing the motor from my EC 200 2003 and the Swingarm bolt looks like it has a welded bead to stop the bolt from coming out, I had a look at the diagram and it shows an area machined off the bolt head that would match the bead of weld to stop it rotating, does the bolt just tap...
Thanks, I have been through the jetting notes on the, I have the Pilot set up and the Low and Mid is strong, just not sure when the torque should taper off at full throttle, how responsive is yours at 7/8 to full thottle ?

I have a 2003 ec 200 and its been a while since I have ridden a 2 stroke, does the 200 ec have a natural strong top end (full throttle) or is it normal to feel the torque taper off as you approach high revs like a 4 stroke ?
The low and mid is strong and I'm wondering...
