On my '06 300 it kept breaking them, so i looked further and found that the engine bolts were tight, but there was still a gap between the motor and the frame. made up some shims to take up the gap and fixed the vibes and the breaking of the ally mounts.
Hoping you can give me some thought on the correct spring rates for my weight.
Racing a 2006 EC300 with 45 zokes up front (0.42 springs) and an ohlins rear with a 52 rate spring.
I weigh 240 pounds and race on mainly woods / tight technical trails.
Thinking I might need .48 springs up front...
I have an06 ec300, jetted identically with CCK needle. I run mine on super unleaded at 50:1 rock oil fully synthetic.
I would think that the 40:1 you are running will make yours slightly leaner than mine?
I'd be tempted to drill it out and put a helicoil in.

I put copperslip on mine to prevent them seizing, use this on every dissimilar metal bolt assembly I put together.
Fill the compressed fork leg without the spring in and fill it to within 90 to 110mm of the top, air gap can be varied as an adjustment, other threads on here about this if you search. Volume of oil is about 600cc per leg.
+1 I just put the kit in mine. ?52 notes on e-bay.
