Hi mate. The front was fairly easy, all I did was machine down the hub where the seals go, to reduce the overall width, and used sealed bearings instead.
The rear needed 2mm taking off the hub on the brake side, and the same from the disc mounting, to move the disc inwards. This allowed me to use the RS disc with the EC caliper. I can't remember how much I took off the sprocket carrier, somewhere in the region of 10mm, but had to put 1/2 nuts on the back of the carrier as there wasn't much thread left! They've held fine for 1000 miles or so and not come loose, so I would consider it and acceptable solution. I'll be taking the rear out in the next few days, so should be able to get you a more accurate figure for the sprocket carrier.
