Hand Gaurds I'm not sure if you get these over there but BarkBusters do ones for Gas Gas .I brought a set for my 06 450, I can tell you from having a couple of decent stacks the Bark Busters have saved all the controls and apart from the plastis on the gaurds being scratched no other damage.:cool:

Brake light I don't mean to sound like i know it all but you do have the brake sender on your brake lever or pedal?sorry just had to ask

module burnout I would be looking in wiring harness cause this is where the problem might be. Could be chaffed wires there are so many wires which short out over time ,on my 06 450 fse first time i took the seat and tank it took me for ages to get them back on due to the amount of loose running...

Av Gas AV GAS i've always wondered how it would go on a motor bike ,we used to run our bull buggies on old chopper fuel as they would not use a drum opened the day before when we were mustering in the KIMBERLYS W.A.Those petrol tojo's would fly chasing wild bulls.:cool:

[. Personally I don't think you can go wrong this the Suzuki DRZ 400E. In my opinion it is the last XR400 type bike out there.... and it has E-start! Dave i own a FSE450 06 and i cant fault it in any way, but you were saying your current stable has XR's ,they are a great bike and i even tried...

Na Gav it was just flowing out on to the ground?

coolant overflow No worries Brian its still pumping a flow an yesterday when i started the bike to check the oil level and also went for a ride to the shop no probs with it until this morning:confused:

Just went for a ride on my 06 450 an noticed a constant flow out of my overflow hose? The bike was just serviced by me and the coolant was changed about 3 months ago and have had no probs on other rides with overflow.I'm thinking that it might be a stuck or a sticky thermostat any ideas would be...

Bike Numbers Yeah i know some of the bikes aren't what they are printed as but that has some thing to do with the program, but they are a great crew and as bike riders all over we all enjoy the same thing getting on ya bike and having a :D great time in the process
