When I have done this I use a heat gun on the case, then punch out the seals with a wooden punch or dowel.

I replaced my stock gas cap with a billet red one from Gasgas. It has a very large rubber seal and I expect it will last a long time.

I have a drawer full of AJPs, its the first thing to come off the bike. I prefer the magura, and would love to see a 9.0mm magura on all the new bikes. So, if any of you guys get a bike with a magura, just sent me a PM and I would be happy to swap.
