Öhlins Shock 2004 fits in newer Gasgas

Do anyone know if a old 2004 450 FSE öhlins Shock fits in a 2008-2010 GG 250/300 2-stroke.
do the have the same lenght and bolts?

YES!
I have one on my 2007.

And note that the 2004 ohlins shock would be the highest quality model with an alloy steel body and high quality bushings, etc.

Now I heard that the newer Shocks are 5mm longer.
Can anyone confirm this.
