Hy everyone!

I noticed that my GG boils without pushing too much for it.

The radiator cap seems pretty much ok, the cylinder/head are both new. Rings too.

The bike, at idle and from cold start starts to boil out after like 3min..

Do your GG also boil?

I'm thinking that the radiator cap couldn't be the OEM for my bike but still..

Replace the cap first, as it is a cheap fix. There is no way to know for sure if the cap is bad, other than swapping for a new one. I had a similar experience with my 1.8 bar cap, replaced it with a 1.4 from my '05, and have not had a problem since then.

You're not filling it to the top are you? They need a bit of air in the rads to allow room for expansion. I fill mine to the top, it boils once, finds its level, then it doesn't boil again.

To jump on the bandwagon, swap out for a new cap, and only put enough water to cover the internal fins in the radiator. If it continues to boil, then it's something else.
