I have all the manuals that came with the bike, but no diagram. I can't seem to find one online either. Can you guys please give me a hand? I keep blowing the main fuse, and I'm determined to fix this thing that continually pisses me off. I can't even make it to town and back (7 miles) without it blowing now. Grrrrr!

Not much difference from the 2005 for sure. You could well use the 2005 manual from the official site to troubleshoot. 2005 450 manual

I have the specification drawing from Magneti Marelli, attached to this post. Do brush up your Italian though

Thanks man. I looked, while I was there, to see if they listed an electrical section for the previous years. Looks like they only started that trend in 2005. Now to get out my magnifying lens!
