Thank you

Hey Buddy this Wayne you used to race with. I have a 200 engine from a 99 I have been saving to put in a 125 KX frame, it may or may not fit yours. We can take some measurements. I would part with it if you can use it. This engine had a scored cylinder & I bought another one on ebay that has been ported, looks nice anyway. The 99 pipe probably wont fit your bike, may have to do some fabricating. Glad your back on bikes by the way.

200

Thanks man.if you could call me this evening that would be great.705-0974.I wasn't expecting a reply so fast and close. I should have held out on a bigger bike bit I loved the way this 125 rode.now I want more go.there is no big bore offers for the 125.this is my only other option.
and I missed the 2 wheel action.maybey when van go ride soon.call me as soon as you can

The 200 engine won't go in the 125 frame easily. Not unless you're a really good fabricator....and bored;)....
The 125 cases and 125 main frame are completely different from the 200. Easy way is to find a used frame (just the main frame) from a 200/250/300. You basically need a bare frame, a 200 pipe, and a complete 200 engine. There's some minor odds and ends to look out for depending on what year engine and frame combination you choose like swingarm pivot bolt size and location of one of the engine mounts and getting a good fit on the exhaust and seat/tank but nothing you can't overcome easily.

The difference in the frame are the pipe bending under the engine. I tried already and this does not fit! Try to get a 250 or 300 frame. The 200 has the same base engine like the 250 and 300!
