2000 EC250 jetting with FMF gnarly

Hey all
I have a 2000 GAS GAS EC250 I’m restoring. It has an FMF gnarly on it.
I remember in the past you could enter your bike info on FMF.com and get detailed recommended jetting for your bike with a gnarly or fatty on it and a link to a dynojet kit if you so needed. They don’t support that anymore they focus on newer stuff only now. I asked their customer support if they could still lookup and was told to run stock jetting. I don’t know if they even looked it up or not.. in any case the only manuals I can find online are for newer models / not the info I’m looking for.
Anyone have any experience or advice please?
Bike has a 165 main, 35 pilot, (I would have to go check the needle type and clip position).
Also what is stock air screw position? 1 and 1/2 out is where I would normally start but would be nice to know what was factory stock.
Does anyone know if FMF header pipe was factory addition or this was added in at some point?
I can’t test anything now and couldn’t run bike yet as I’m getting the bottom end is in the shop to get rebuilt on this project.
Thanks in advance for any and all help to get this machine restored to its former glory.
Cheers
Dylan

They didn't check. 35 pilot is scary but indication that the needle is wrong as they have N1EF std in most gassers and that is bad match.
First check. The wear in needle tube with magnification and light.
Any ovality needs correction first.
165 is potentially scary too.
