2000 XC300 rear brake questions

Restoring a beat up 2000 XC300.
It has an aftermarket aluminum rear caliper mount/disk guard made my Scotts.
I seem to be missing the thin steel hardware where the end of the brake pads sit/slide in.
Worse yet the aluminum has worn thru so the pads just spin on the pinned end when the brake is applied.
Where can I get a replacement caliper mount and hardware for caliper?
OEM is fine. does not need to be a disk guard combo.
Are there a parts interchange for Japanese bikes?
I have the ability to weld aluminum and might be able to save the Scotts mount but I need the steel hardware the brake pad sits in.

So this happened to me, the steel clip fell out and the pads wore into the mount. This is an 07 so Nissin brakes.

I got it welded and filed back then put a new clip in it. The clip for a Nissin was the same as a *Honda CR250 and worth a few dollars. Not sure what brakes the 00 has.

thanks for the response.
I successfully welded the caliper mount today.I Just need the steel hardware and a new set of pads.
What year CR250 did you use?

Um. . . I just chose a year, probably 07. It looked the same in online parts fishe so I took in the part number, badabing etc.
