I've got a 03 yellow FSE 450 with a few upgrades for more relilable starting.
LTR valved Ohlins front and rear. Clean and very good condition, never crashed, raced or abused. It's in the Las Vegas area. $3000. Email for a photo if you'd like.

Very hard narrow seats on the bikes for sure, the quad has a nice plush seat.

With the heavy flywheel the 300 will climb and lug almost as good as the 450.
I got the head and carb back from RB Designs a couple weeks ago, I'm trying on Wednesday to take it for the first ride.

Questions

How many miles are on it and does it have a computer display?

Yes, it has a computer. It only reads metric, and it's tiny and hidden. I'm not sure how many km, it says 529, but I changed the batterys in 05.
I've got an TrailTech ordered for the 04 EC, I was going to test it on the 03 to see if would work. TrailTech lists them for 04-08.
