Sorry for the confusion. It is a DE(Dealer Edition). I originally posted EC by mistake, then I could not edit the title. It has headlight and brake/tail light, no horn or blinkers. It is street titled for Michigan.

Essentially the DE is an EC with the smaller ignition and limited wiring harness (no horn, directionals, etc.) It is the model we have been getting in the USA.
