hi ,i got my bike two weeks ago .British models come with out speedo rear lights indicators and cat exhaust like they do in the rest of europe.But they are fitted with olins rear shock and marzocchi forks.The bike goes well but uses a lot of fuel 30mpg , so bigger tank required.It cost £5300 plus on the road cost.Trail riding involves a lot of tarmac road work so we have to fit some of the stuff they left off.The bike is truly awesome from fast to slow riding.Knocks spots off my mates 250 ktm. The durbility is brilient 20,000 miles on one piston 3 sets of rings.The guy still has it as his every day bike!
 
Poor Fuel Milage

I know the fix for the poor fuel milage with your bike. Its the jetting the older GG come with an regular 38 mm air striker cab and the new ones come with the new 38 mm air striker 2 carb that is much more efficient at delivering the fuel to the engine. GG tried to use the same jetting specs in both carbs and the air striker 2 carb runs way to rich. I believe your come with a 42 pilot, N1EF needle in the top position and a 175 main. We have had the same problems with fuel milage. Can you purchase a JD jetting kit over there? If you can you need to purchase a kit for a yamaha yz 250 it has the same carb with a throttle position sensere. Use the needle with the blue tip second position from the top, 38 pilot and 170 main, air screw from half turn to full turn out. This should get you really close. We are getting over 50 miles per tank now
