2012-2013 Headlight

Just curious if anyone out there has sourced a headlight replacment that fits the '12-'13 plastics or may know who makes that headlight?

Otherwise I will buy the OEM one, but looks to be pretty stinking expensive.

I am not sure but I think I read that they are very similar to the Honda headlight.
I was thinking of buying the Honda crf trailtech X2 hid together with a Honda front guard?
Can anyone confirm my thoughts?

The whole assembly or just the bulb? I think the bulb is the same as a Honda Goldwing.

The whole headlight assembly. The bulb is an easy repalcement...3 prong headlight. Can buy at local auto parts store or Walmart.

The inside of mine has lost most of reflective paint and now black. I wonder why that is?? If I buy another OEM one and does the same I will be pissed (to put it lightly).

I put a trailltech X2 on my wifes bike, it is nice and bright and it looks good to. I am going that route for the 12' when I need to replace.

I had one for the 12 replaced under warranty and the replacement has also done the same.

That stinks.
After my recent head on collision, I would like an OEM light that is more reliable... Maybe I'll add red flashing LED's front and back like cyclists.... Joking!!!

I did look at the Yamaha WR headlight as it looks like a close replacement....
