2012 Headstem bearing numbers?

G'day,
Just wondering what type of bearing these are ?
Obviously a needle / cage setup but I cannot read numbers on mine and the bottom bearing is half ground in an attempt to get it off the triple clamp.
Can anyone tell me what the numbers are and whether I can buy these from any bearing shop?
Also , I have read a fewposts regarding removing the bottom headstem bearing and it seems that there is no easy way?
Is it true ?, don I keep grinding it like I am doing ?

Bottom bearing number is 320/28

Yes, that is a standard sized bearing. Try a google search and you'll see.
