Here is a great video that captures why the Rhody Rover's enduro has been voted #1 for the last 2 years. (not sure they had a formal vote previously.) This section is an absolute blast to ride and was sad I didn't have an opportunity to sweep this year.

I've been up there a few times for the old Little Rhody Enduro, when it was both ECEA and NETRA sanctioned. If this is the same, and it looks like it, that was always one tough and long race. I remember some guys napping in the woods, just too spent to ride. It just got tougher and tougher to the end, no breaks.

It was 71 ground miles this year. I'd say most were worn out by the gas stop, and there was more challenging terrain to come. Even the beautiful section in the first video wears you down because it is so long.

We do need to use some roads to link sections so you do get some breaks.
