2013 spring rates and what fits??

I'm thinking about getting a new 300 E-start and have been looking for springs as that's one of the first things I usually do to a bike.
I've searched through here and it looks like some of the other brands fork springs fit. KYB possibly?
Also, what shock spring are you guys using?
I'm about 280 but losing, are these pretty standard as far as spring rates, I know what I used on my WR450f and it worked out well. Used a .52 fork and 6.7 shock on the WR.
Any help would be appreciated.

KYB fork springs work and come in a variety of rates. Shock spring from Ohlins (same as 2011 and 2012).

Thanks, I would assume those would be springs for the closed cartridge KYB?

I order them from KYB based on the rate, diameter, and length I need. The Marzocchi 48s have a 4 position spring seat so you don't have to keep the same length to achieve the same preload. PM me and we can get you set up.
