2019 ec 300 map switch/cdi

on cloudy setting the bike runs hot and backfires, wont rev up.
on the sunny setting there's no backfiring but it still runs hot and has low power. has coolant and its curating ,new plug, same fuel that it ran great on.

Check the keyway on the rotor. It is possible it has sheared and shifted. What jetting? How do you know it is running hot?
