450 FSE Cylinder Head -03

I want to buy a cylinder head. MFS400116000
This is the 02-04? model and I'm pretty sure it's the same on the quads.
What I really need is the head with the valves. If you also have the cylinder and piston in good condition, I might want that too.

Do you have what i need? Please sell it to me!
