Bolts for subframe

I want to replace the mix match bolts that I have with all the same type for the subframe and covers. What is better ht steel or stainless.

Stainless fasteners have good corrosion resistance but because or their low carbon content they can not be hardened. I would use a 8.8 or 10.9.

This is what i got from the local hardware place. 6x20 stainless steel. Hope it will do.
