Hi everyone,

I am looking for a inline caliper cooler for my 2010 EC 250, but it seems no one makes inline coolers at the caliper for nissin???

Also does anyone know where OTHER then gofasters to get the Master cylindar cooler/extender?

Many thanks!!

We carry a in-line caliper cooler from OffRoad Products that fits on an purpose-built banjo bolt. That way the fluid that's hot transfers heat out - unlike the "reservoir "coolers" that do a good job of adding fluid volume, but don't actually do a very good job of cooling the fluid. These are available for both Nissin (GasGas and Japanese) and for Brembo (KTM, others) for $55 plus shipping.

The next step is a caliper heat sink which ORP also makes (black anodized piece below, $120 plus shipping), but it requires a light skiff of the caliper to create a flat surface and drilling and tapping a couple mounting holes (which we can have done if you send your caliper in). Used together, they cured the brake component failure of one of Michigan's fastest brake draggers ... oh, and he won the enduro and hare scrambles series on a GasGas with the Galfer rotor.
