it should fit. I fitted the newer cover to my 2010 and all i had to do was trim down the spout that directs oil into the clutch hub, otherwise everything lined up

Yes. Made from billet aluminum.

Got the cover on. First time since 1998 riding Gas Gas', that I've been able to fill the transmission in 10 seconds.
