Clutch push rod

Yesterday I had the RHS primary cover off adjusting my PV and inspecting the clutch plates. I put it all back together and didn't notice that the push rod wasn't extended up and thru the pressure plate(wrenching noob). There was no circlip or "clutch pin" when I first opened it up, and I didn't see any spare parts in the case when I had it open.

When I started it up it wouldn't go into any gear, pumping the clutch did nothing. I opened it up again and noticed my mistake.

It does seem from the pic that the push rod is recessed too far.

Is the rod jammed up in the slave cylider?

I guess i'll open up the primary cover again and look for parts

ok. Panic mode over. The clutch pin is there underneath the bearing. I guess the 12 300's don't have the circlip.

Still the mystery if the push rod not doing its job.

I guess it fixed itself! After I put it back together and stood it up to look at the slave it started working normally. 🍺🍺
