SOLD to flybars 2/06/10
I'm upgrading to a 300 so it's time to sell the most reliable bike I've ever owned.
I'd rate this steady steed an 8 out of a 10.
I bought the bike at the beginning of the year and have been putting piles of cash into it since.
Not because I had to, but because I wanted to get it to handle and perform to it's optimal.
I've gone through almost the entire bike except the rear swing arm bearings, which are $180 if you every need them.
Everything else is 1000% tight and ready to race or trail ride.
The cool thing about this 2 stoke is that regardless if you are a 50Yo trail rider like me or a racer, this bike will perform for you.
The original jetting was set up with virtual no hit and super easy to learn how to ride a 2 stroke. The power band is very liner, smooth and easy for a total beginner to ride. I recently changed the jetting to give the bike more snap and hit mid way through the power band. It handles like a dream in the woods and has a planted stable feel, yet turns on a dime. Rocks, roots, cobble, snot, and slime are no problem for this woods warrior. While it's quite capable in the desert, the suspension is not really setup up for big whoops or high speed hard pack.
