Hey,
Yesterday my last ride.
When my engine is on, the coolant is running out from the pipes.
When he was really hot
And he started to smoke a lot.
Where i have to start?

If your engine was very hot, it was most likely boiling. Did the water and smoke (steam) come out from the pipe hanging down from the filler neck in the left radiator? That would be normal, as that pipe is the outlet used when pressure inside the radiator gets too high.

One thing to check would be the radiator cap. It is marked with its opening pressure. I think my cap is marked 1.8 (bar). If yours is marked with a lower pressure, replacing it with a 1.8 cap may improve the situation.

Hey andres,
No, the coolant had running out from the pipe connection to the right radiator!
And the smokes became from the exhaust,
More than usually. (Clown of white)

Aha!
If there was white smoke, it seems like there is water entering the cylinder. Perhaps the o-rings between the head and cylinder is leaking? I would take off the head and have a look I think.

Ok, i would try it, but its the oil that making the white smoke? Its 2 stroke.
I heard that the oil is making the white smoke.
First time i am hearing that coolant cause white smoke.
And how its attached to the coolant running out from the pipe’s coonections?
Thanks buddy

I think you guys talk past each other. I understood at least one part as he says water comes from the hose connecting the two radiators.... obviously on the RH side...

I'd also be checking head o-rings.

Or do you mean it's leaking out of the hose which connects to the radiator?
Then check to make sure it's tight and not loose, if still leaking then you may need to replace the hose as it make have a crack/split in it.

White exhaust means you have water (coolant) in it cause steam is a white colour.
Grey/blue/smokey colour is regular oil burning exhaust of a 2stroke.

Ok guys, i looked at it now in a clear place.
1. The leaking is from the radiator. (Right one)
Very strange!! What happened to it? I didn’t fall , why it started to leak just like that?
): every riding i get a different problem in this bike!
Ok so for this i have to replace the right radiator.
The second problem is the smoke.
Do you think that this smoke is usual or unusual?
If you are right and it is the coolant that runs into the engine, then why before the leaking i check the coolant every time and it was at the top, at the same place ?
2. How dangerous is it to the engine if coolant gets in?
Thanks a lot
That's the video:

Just a guess, and since you said you didn't fall over - but it looks like your radiator may have failed due to the exhaust pipe touching it and vibrating during use.
The constant vibrating from exhaust onto radiator may have worn through, or cracked a weld etc.

The exhaust smoke looks ok, if it's not using coolant then I wouldn't worry.
You'll have to fix the leaky radiator before you can confirm if it leaks coolant though.

Has your front pipe taken a hit and is now bent upward a little? Cause it shouldn't be touching the radiator.

thanks a lot.
i agree with your analysis.

i plan to fix the radiator and then make a ride of, say, one hour.

1. in case that your guess is correct and the coolant does leak into the engine, do you thing such a ride would be dangerous to the engine?

2. in case the coolant level goes down, do you think i can routinely ride with this bike for a period of 2 weeks till i receive the new o ring?
(adding coolant each time)
please advise

thanks in advance

p.s
my english is not been perfect in one day.
i saw you don't understand me so well, so my father help me write it. hahaha (:

You really already have your answer. If you are leaking coolant into the cylinder it is not going to fix itself. It may get worse and lock the motor up. Pull it apart and fix it properly.

Ok, i just wonder how much it dangerous on 2 stroke motor.
I know its a problem on 4 stroke motor. Because it mixed with the oil.
But in 2 stroke motor, the motor is pushing out everything inside, so maybe its not so dangerous to ride with it . Till the o ring arrived from eBay.

Never-mind...
Thanks you very much guys

If you ride that bike the way it is you will run out of coolant and blow your engine.

It looks like your rad is leaking from somewhere in the core but the last video is very short.

In the first videoit looks like the coolant is leaking down the rad onto the pipe.

find the highest spot where you can see coolant ad there is a good chance that is where you your leak is. liquids dont leak upwards.

Hey
First,
I don’t know what it is a rad, and i cant find it in translate.
Second.
I saw that the highest point it is leaking (and i think the only one) is from the radiator body,
But how can it be if the radiator replaced by new one?
Thanks

Are you certain it is not leaking from a hose, connection, or the filler cap? It seems unlikely that the old radiator and the new one are both leaking. Does it leak when the bike is not running?
