Cracked frame ec 300

Hi gyus , my frame has a crack What I can do ?Can i weld it and with what ? . Is this place a dangerous and there is a possibility to break the frame with hard use .Please help me .

Looks like there was some sort of impact to the frame.
It can be tig welded. Add some gusset plates for additional strength.

I dont think so ,because there is a fuel tank ,maybe the frame twisted after a crack .

Definitely an impact to the corner of the tube. Could have been mishandled at the factory prior to assembly, or some sort of trail mishap. No way to know the history unless you've owned it since new. It probably took a long time for the stress to propogate out into that large crack. Heavy engine vibration would make it worse.

Any competent welder should be able to fix it for you.

You could use pretty much whatever process you wanted to weld that crack. Mig, TIG, Stick... It shouldn't be much of an issue to fix it.

Thank you boys ! The frame is in welder , at the end of the week will see the result, hopefully to be well-made welding .Cheers .
