Engine is out and in parts, and there was not any O-ring on the crankshaft, as supposed.

The bike is a 2006 EC300. Part nr ME250112011.

Does anyone know the size of this O-ring? Is it nylon or Viton?
It didnt come with the gasket and seal-kit that I ordered.

I have a seal kit from motocrosscenter. Not buying another one Just for an o-ring.

Question was the size

Doesn't it say it in the manual ?

For my 2014 it's "O?RING 25X2 NBR" but there are two of them and the code is different so you might want to check your manual.

Does not say. I am guessing the crank is the same in all years. If the bearing is the same, its the same O-ring.

If that is the case, you should be able to find 25x2 orings at most car parts shops for very cheap, let us know if it works.

p.s. ktm uses this kind of orings somewhere, part numbers 0770025020 and 0770020220

Found 25x3. Seemed to do the work.

Awesome. Keep an eye on it, since it's 1mm thicker it might wear down unevenly.

I wrote it down, but its either 3mm or 2,5mm. Either way the bushing lip is far bigger, so I think its going to be fine. Its a spanish made twostroke. Always keeping an eye on it..

Thanks for the response.
