Cylinder head o-rings crossover ???

Whenever I take mine off the o-rings have a definate deformation. May be fine but I prefer not to chance it. Our 125 had a bad o-ring either from re-use or poor assembly.
If you can't get them from a GG dealer in Brazil, look in the parts list, they should list the actual size of the o-rings. If you have an o-ring supplier in Brazil just order them direct. If you do this, the inner o-ring material is Viton, the outer seems like Buna N. High temp silicone will also be OK.

Thank you guys ! I got the o-rings from my local dealer (they had then in a gasket set)

In fact I´m afraid I have a bad inner o-ring. My bike never runs hot, but this weekend it started overboilling in the middle of a hill. When I drained the coolant it was dark brown color, but I´m not sure it was spooge mixed.
Tonight I´ll clean the circuit and replace the coolant completly. If the bike keeps going hot, then I´ll check the inner o-ring.

Its pretty easy to tell if there is combustion products in the coolant. You will usually see oily deposits floating on top when the cap is removed.
If you do have a problem, be sure to check the head for warpage. The o-ring should not go bad for no reason. Usuallly its from being pinched on assembly or from a warped surface.
