I had the opportunity to put my 04' ec 250 on the dyno today. A friend of mine owns a cycle shop so I jumped at the chance to see how the jetting looked. The stats are:
04' ec 250, de ignition.
Rb head and carb mod,
FMF fatty, turbine core 2-Domas needs some welding
Air Density alt. 3488ft
1450 elevation

humidity 60
Main Jet 175
Pilot Jet 45 one turn out.
Pilot Jet 48 ended up 3.5 turns out, went back to the 45
One clip up from center.
Made 31.86hp 21.3tq AF curve looked very good.
