I've been looking for top-end kit for my EC125 2013, and could not find any.
On Ebay I can find only for 2011 and below.
Even on Athena's website (Athena makes the OEM pistons for the EC125s) I could not find it.
I contacted them through the website, and their representative referred me to the following products -
S4C05400016A piston
P400485160003 gasket kit
which are originally for YZ.
So it is now safe to say that the top ends of the EC125 2013 and YZ are identical, at least when it comes to Athena's products.
I'm writing this here for future reference, as I couldn't find an answer before.
