EC125 and EC300 Cleanup

I managed to lay may hands on some '08 Blue plastics for my '07 EC 300. I decided to smarten up my sons EC125 at the same time:

What pipe is that on the 125? I am getting a 09 in a few weeks and have been stressing over not having a back up or a spark arrester.
