Ec300 2015 transmission problem. help plz...

Hey all, last time i ride my bike something happend to my transmsion.

after few hours of riding i geared my bike to 6th gear and could gear down only to 5th gear, when i tried to gear down the pedal felt hard like it cannot be pressed down only up to 6th gear again.

when i turned the bike off i could gear down to "n" but when i tried to ride again the same thing happend.

I changed the gear oild but it did not solve the problem.

Anyone had this thing before? thanks for your help.

Try to open the engine cover on the right hand side and have a look at the selector mechanism. Perhaps something (like the part welded to the axle where the gear lever Is fixed) has been bent.

It might be related to the scorpion selector with its spring. Look at the bottom left in the picture n this thread http://www.gasgasrider.org/forum/showthread.php?t=15613

ok... i will try to remove the right cover today and look at the shifting system.

is there any simple instructions (maybe a vid) on how to take apart the right cover? (there is a need to remove the water pump? clutch cover? etc...)

Drain the coolant, remove the kick starter, remove the pipe, remove bolts from the inner cover, and pull the cover.

When you pull the cover put your thumb on the kick-start spline so it does not come out with the cover
